The budding idea of Bloomhaven came when a group of local business leaders formed Fox Valley Park District with one goal; to preserve and repurpose the historic Copley campus and transform the Bardwell neighborhood. They formed Fox Valley Developers, an Aurora-Centric team of like minds and hearts, to bring renewing transformation to the area.
After watching the Bardwell Copley campus decay over the past several decades, these life-long friends decided to bring new life to the timeless space and bring tangible, immediate results for the City of Aurora they love.
By gathering a team of expert advisors, they’ve done more than made redevelopment a reality – they’ve created a new way to live.
