A celebration like this only comes around once a century. The former Copley Hospital campus is finally remediated, secured and preserved for future redevelopment! To recognize and commemorate this achievement, Fox Valley Developers invites the neighborhood and community to a family-friendly, evening celebration at the campus.

During the program, company officials will share details about the comprehensive redevelopment plan that will create Avalon Heights: An Innovative Living Community.
The community celebration will feature brief remarks from company and civic officials. Food, beverages and family-friendly activities will be available during the celebration. Fox Valley Developers thanks the neighborhood for their cooperation while the development team secured, preserved and remediated the abandoned campus.
Tours of the remediated property will be available.
